Soulful Intentions Workshop

Sunday, January 6, 2013

Forget about new year’s resolutions unless they light you up and warm your soul!

Take your cares to the burning bowl and leave what’s not serving you behind.

Light your path in 2013 with clear intentions and commit to what you really want,  on a deep and personal level. Be courageous!

In this workshop you will get clear about what hasn’t been serving you and let it go. We will use use intuitive processes and metaphor to uncover the truth, tell the story and then have a fire burning ceremony to let go of the past. It will be fast, fun and you’ll feel lighter, I guarantee.

Then we will invoke our intentions for the new year. I’m not talking about the bathroom remodel. I’m talking about setting intentions for how you want to embrace your highest self and move into your authenticity and personal power.

What can you expect?

  • You will set intentions for what you want to call into your life and where you want to focus your energy.
  • You will create an image, using collage or paint, to remind you of your intentions and inspire you to stay on course.
  • You will share and bear witness to your your intentions and benefit from the joy and strength that comes from collective focus and prayer.

Don’t miss this opportunity to make 2013 truly transformational.

Soulful Intentions Workshop

registration deadline: January 1, 2013

Brittany’s “Soulful Cohesion” was a wonderful blend of thought -provoking soul searching and visualizing these thoughts through collage. Brittany’s expert group process skills helped guide me gently into areas I might have avoided and thus lost the opportunity to clarify some unresolved personal issues.

Soulful Cohesion ~ personal understanding using collage

Understand and reconcile the different parts of your personality using images.
Connect to the psychological & spiritual underpinnings of who you are. Create alignment.

Have you found yourself cycling through negative loops of thinking, or lacking the confidence to move forward? Sometimes confusion creates a smokescreen when we are faced with change, whether it’s brought on by external circumstances or our own biology. At times it even feels like someone else is in charge. But there is a way to get clarity.
In this workshop you’ll be guided to create a dialogue and create a conscious relationship with these different aspects of “you” using collage. As a group we will look at the symbols that the unconscious uses to communicate. The process will become a tool to help you see things differently, make decisions with more ease, and embody your highest aspirations.

This class is not just for artists. It is for seekers. We use imagery every day to interpret what’s happening around us, to navigate in the world. This is no different. It‘s for anyone that wants to connect to their internal guidance system and put that on the dashboard.

I couldn’t recommend the Tangible Insight class more. I was a reluctant artist, but through Brittany’s guidance and compassion I unfolded to a part of myself I didn’t know existed. I went into the class with a very specific question and explored the answer by making my own insight cards. What surfaced was a place of internal clarity and strength, which manifested itself in an end project with a beautiful back-story. I am grateful that Brittany is offering this work to the world.” ~ Susan Crampton-Davis, Spring 2011
