Ancient spiritual teachers, poets and twenty-first century scientists agree, that what we imagine- we create, or become. When we bring vision, ideas and intuition together we can create tangible insight. It’s what I do in my art and in my coaching. I use image as both a place of discover and expression, connecting heart and mind to form and transformation. My art is full of metaphor and energy. My coaching uses visual tools to help clients see differently to move forward and actualize their intentions in their lives.
Tangible insight is spirit in action. It is where intention, motivation and meaning take form. It’s where dreams manifest. Too often we draw imaginary lines between our head and our heart, our work and our life, creating false distinctions, wrecking havoc on our happiness.
